After Order Placement

General Handmade Cards

• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
• When you place your order, we will send you an email with pictures of the actual card  when it is completed.  
• Please click here ordering a custom greeting card from scratch,
• All cards are shipped in a bubble wrap lined envelope to protect them. The cards are also placed in cellophane sleeve to protect them from getting soiled.
• * : S+h fees are as listed for each item.

Refunds & Exchanges

We guarantee that you will love your card, but if you need to return it...

• You may request  refund or exchange within 7 days of the original date of purchase.
• There are no refunds for custom card orders.
• Guidelines for Returns

Card(s) must be in its original condition: (no smudges, no bends,wrinkles) and in its cellophane wrapper (if included) with envelope, and invoice. Please include a brief letter or statement stating the reason for the return.

• Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs that are associated with returning card to Ruthie's Greetings.

International Orders

We're sorry, we are not accepting orders outside of the United States at this time.
